Co-op Bank Expands Premium Banking Network with Nakuru Riria Hub
Co-operative Bank of Kenya has officially opened its Nakuru Riria Hub Executive Plus Center at The Jennifer Riria Hub (JR Hub), located along Kipchoge Avenue and Tom Mboya Street in Nakuru.
The new Executive Plus Center is part of Co-operative Bank’s specialized Executive Banking network, which provides premium banking services focused on convenience, personalized service and wealth management.

The Executive Banking Centres are designed to provide services beyond traditional over-the-counter cash transactions.
Customers can access express banking services, including free over-the-counter withdrawals, expedited multi-currency account management and instant issuance of premium cheque books.
The centres also provide wealth advisory services, including investment structuring, discretionary portfolio services covering equities and treasury bills, and weekly market intelligence research notes.
For customers seeking credit and business financing, the Executive Banking Centres offer flexible lending solutions. These include unsecured personal loans of up to KES 4 million and scaled-up credit lines for micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs).
The centres also have executive boardrooms and meeting spaces that can be used for private negotiations and business transactions.

Co-operative Bank’s Executive Banking Centres serve high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), premium retail customers and corporate business owners through two premium banking tiers.
The Executive Tier is designed for corporate professionals, senior executives and established retail customers seeking fast and high-priority banking services.
The Executive Plus Tier, also known as the Captain’s Club, targets industrial captains, prominent business founders and top-tier entrepreneurs.
Members of the Executive Plus tier can access lifestyle benefits including Visa Platinum cards with access to more than 800 global airport lounges, spousal membership benefits and dedicated personal Relationship Managers.
Co-operative Bank Executive Banking network
As of August 2026, Co-operative Bank of Kenya operates 25 specialized Executive Banking locations within its wider network of more than 190 standard branches.
The Executive Banking locations are positioned in major commercial and economic activity centres across the country.
In Nairobi, the network includes Co-op House, the bank’s headquarters, Mombasa Road Centre, Ngong Road China Centre, Britam Tower, Junction Mall, Village Market and Sarit Centre.
In the Coast region, Co-operative Bank operates an Executive Banking Centre at Nyali Centre in Mombasa.
