NCBA Bank Opens Tatu City Branch
NCBA Bank has officially opened a new branch at Tatu City. The new NCBA Tatu City Branch, located in Eneo at Tatu Central, a premier Grade A mixed-use commercial and retail development, commenced operations in November 2024.
The establishment of the branch is part of NCBA’s commitment to making banking more accessible and convenient within Kenya’s leading Special Economic Zone. The move also supports the bank’s mission to meet the evolving financial needs of residents, employees, and businesses operating in and around Tatu City.
“As NCBA, we are devoted to creating convenience and comfort for our customers. We want to make our banking services readily accessible and responsive to the unique needs of each community, be it a resident looking for personal financing, an employee in need of a quick loan or a business seeking asset financing or working capital, we are ready to partner with you,” said Mr. Dennis Njau, Acting Group Director of Retail Banking at NCBA Bank.
“As part of customer satisfaction and increased engagement, we offer convenience by reducing the need to travel to neighbouring towns to access banking services.” he added.
The Tatu City branch aligns with Kenya’s Vision 2030, supporting the country’s industrialization and economic development. As Tatu City continues to attract investments in manufacturing, commerce, and real estate, NCBA has been at the forefront in offering customized financial products and solutions to support these growing sectors.
The NCBA Tatu City Branch has also partnered with various real estate developers within the city to provide mortgage financing options. These solutions target the over 25,000 residents, workers, and students who live and engage daily in Tatu City. Moreover, the bank has integrated credit facilities for staff in companies operating in the area.
The branch is already experiencing a growth in interbranch customer activity, with over 100 businesses currently operational or under development in Tatu City.
NCBA marked the branch opening by donating 100 trees and planting five ceremonial trees, aligning with Tatu City’s green initiatives.
“We are excited to bring NCBA Bank services closer to our Tatu City customers, and we have received a positive reception from the community. As part of customer satisfaction and increased engagement, we offer convenience by reducing the need to travel to neighbouring towns to access banking services.” said Mr. Tim Armitage, Group Director of Risk and Compliance at NCBA.
